All porcelain tile orders are delivered securely palletized to the designated delivery address. Deliveries are curbside only, and clients are responsible for arranging equipment or labor to move materials beyond the drop-off point. Please ensure that the site is accessible for freight delivery; additional fees may apply if the carrier must reschedule due to access issues. We take great care in packaging, and clients should inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any visible damage immediately.

We accept returns on standard tile orders within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Please note that special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
