    Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for bespoke and handcrafted pieces, as these items are made-to-order and are final sale.

    Extended Return Window: Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. This extended window provides you with ample time to evaluate your purchase and ensures flexibility in the return process.

    Condition of Products:

    • Products must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Any used or damaged products may not be eligible for return.

    Authorization for Returns:

    • Prior approval from Elemento is required before returning any products.
    • Unauthorized returns may result in disposal and are ineligible for credit.

    Return Shipping Cost

    While we strive to offer free return shipping on eligible items within the continental United States, please be aware that customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost. Additionally, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Streamlined Return Procedure:

    2. Provide your order number and reason for return to expedite the process.
    3. Once authorization is obtained, a prepaid return label will be provided for your convenience. Please note that the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Returns to Elemento Bath can only be for purchases made directly through our website, ElementoBath.com. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the respective seller for assistance with your return.
