Natural stone tile is made to order and delivered within 8 to 10 weeks. Orders are shipped by flatbed or liftgate truck and may arrive on a pallet or in a crate depending on the quantity and material selected.
Delivery is provided curbside only. Please ensure the delivery site is accessible for a freight truck prior to shipment. A delivery appointment is required and can be scheduled directly with the local carrier once the order is out for delivery.
Carrier details and tracking information will be shared once the shipment leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear while the shipment is transferred to the local freight network.
Each order is packed with care for transit. Someone must be available to receive the shipment, and we ask that you inspect it on arrival. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork before signing.
